My Journey

I’ve spent over 20 years in financial services and innovation, leading teams, building smart, human-centered digital experiences, and mentoring product managers, marketers, and creatives to grow both professionally and personally.

In late 2022, after a life-altering experience that landed me in the ER, I made a pivotal decision: to stop hiding and lead from a place of truth.

This commitment led me to share my story, not for attention, but to empower others.

My friend, Chrissy who makes good money as a nurse reached out to me and said,

 "Vicki, I'm ashamed to admit this, but I'm in my 40s, I make a great living, but I haven't saved anything, I'm not financially free, I'm not good with money. I'm ready to learn from you."

Turned out, many accomplished women then confided in me about feeling stuck, scared, or ashamed about money, despite their successes.
